Closys II

Born out of an extensive identity and think-tank process, this design for the new CrossPointe commercial development in Goodyear, Arizona emerged from a number of excellent contenders. The cachet created through this unique process has influenced other landowners in the same area, as well as the city government itself, to adopt the CrossPointe name for the entire section of the city. The logo combines an "X marks the spot" and a sun element representing the sundial monuments throughout the development. The crossing shape is also designed so that it can be deconstructed out of this master logo to create secondary logos for the property's subdivisions.
